LS 19 Map Objects Hider v1.2

Release Candidate for version 1.2.0.0, hope everything is fine.

Added compatibility with ‘Hof Bergmann’ map + ‘Seasons’ mod
Added new feature that allows to remove trees and logs

You can permanently remove decorative and placeable items from your cards.

But beware!
– Not all object types can be removed.
– If you change the hierarchy of the objects on the map (e.g. by making changes in the GIANTS Editor),

some objects can reappear and have to be removed again.
– If a mod map is not built correctly, removing some trees can cause the above problem.
