LS19 Westfield Straight Auger

Edited the public Westfield auger to allow for further adjustment of the PTO attachment to make it possible to use smaller tractors on it.

YOU MUST STILL ADJUST THE PTO HITCH, IT WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY FIT YOUR TRACTOR ON THE FIRST HOOK UP.

Also edited the fill node so that you don’t have to be so close that you hit it when you pull the wagons up.
