added openable sunroof
added color configurations to more parts (mainly for the 40 series models)
added cci200 isobus terminals by @farmingduds and custom cables for them
fixed door stopper
added front pto and hydraulic couplings
front lifter arms are now foldable/removable (ATTENTION arms can only be folded/unfolded/removed from outside the tractor manually for more realism)
